Submitting a form, sending an email, or discussing a possible project does not by itself create a paid engagement, contract, or payment obligation. Commercial work begins only after scope and applicable terms are agreed.

Technical findings may be limited by the scope and evidence available. Senriva does not represent a bounded assessment as guaranteed complete discovery of every dependency, defect, risk, or future impact.

Customer responsibility

Customers remain responsible for validating findings and exercising appropriate judgment before production changes, deployments, deletions, migrations, or other consequential actions.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, Senriva website content, branding, and original materials are owned by Senriva or used with permission. Customer-specific ownership terms are handled separately in applicable project terms.

References to third-party products or platforms do not imply endorsement, partnership, or affiliation unless explicitly stated.
